Shipping and Losses

All items purchased from Timeless Settings are made according to a shipment contract with FedEx. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. If you wish to have your FedEx shipment verified by signature, you must select signature shipping upon checkout. Timeless Settings is not liable for lost or stolen shipments. By selecting signature shipping, you agree to an additional charge of $2.00 on your shipping fee.

In order to prevent fraudulent orders, you agree to allow Timeless Settings to contact you at the number provided in your contact information to verify orders placed on the web site.

Order Cancellation

Timeless Settings reserves the right to cancel and refund any order or part of any order due to 1) potential fraud or incorrect billing information b) delivery problems c) deficient inventory.
